Privacy Policy

Your name and all other information will be kept private only to me and my team until you enter into a marketing agreement to sell a property or a sales contract to buy or sell a property.  We respect and value your confidence and trust in us and we will do our part in this regard in our relationship.

Upon signing an agreement above does require some of your personal information to create the documents.  The required information is kept to the minimum necessary to effect a transaction at hand and with your full knowledge and consent.

In rare cases we are required to release information by court or other legal order and we would comply with that situation.
